As educators, Erin and I have years of experience that have led us to this path of consulting and educating programs. With the growing number of teachers and directors that need to be equipped with the necessary skills to make a thriving program for their children, we created a business that helps teachers and administrators learn the essential tools to feel successful in their roles after realizing that early childhood educators have the highest turnover rates and low enrollment. Making a program that can help create consistency and impactful learning for children was an easier decision.
