As director of early childhood education, I am a visionary in cultivating programs with high-performing leadership, meaningful curriculum, and community involvement. I have been in early childhood education for eight years, teaching, directing, and instructing students and teachers through my pedagogical practice.

My passion is to help build programs through professional development by conceptualizing and implementing research-based curricula and building a strong partnership with companies and their staff through leadership training.
